We began as Real Estate Engineering in the year 2000 with a vision to become a true one-stop shop for design, engineering and construction needs for both the private and public sectors. From the beginning, much of our business stemmed from repeat clients in the private sector and the reputation we have grown accustomed to was conveyed by way of word of mouth. Our attention to detail, quality of work, and the personal approach we convey to our clients is a true reflection of our success.
In 2005, we partnered with Ross Engineering, an established and experienced Civil Engineering firm, and currently share a spacious office in Cooper City. Together, we truly provide a one stop engineering shop where coordination and communications problems that affect the more complex jobs literally disappear. Although we still consider ourselves modestly sized given our range of services, we continue to provide these integrated services that the bigger companies offer at a less competitive price.
