This is a 22,000 square foot church located in Miramar, Florida. GB&A performed the Fire Sprinkler and Structural design of this structurally intricate building features a "floating" cupola above the main congregation area and a spire reaching more than 70 feet into the sky.

GB&A performed the MEP/Fire Sprinkler design for these large-scale multi-family structures for one of South Florida's most recognized architectural firms. These projects represent more than 400 individual units, clubhouses, and ancillary structures.

Brighton Elder Care Facility
This is a 25,000 square foot Elder Care Facility for the Seminole Indians located in the Brighton Reservation. GB&A performed the MEP and Structural design. The Civil Design was performed by Ross Engineering, our in-house Civil Engineering firm. This project features large assembly areas complete with a full kitchen and also serves as the areas Hurricane Shelter with a 350KW generator capable of providing electricity to the entire facility for several days.
Lakeshore Club Villas Rehabilitation

Lakeshore Club Villas is a 500-unit retirement community in Polk County, Florida which was devastated during the past 3 recent hurricane events. After a prolonged battle with the insurance company for reimbursement, GB&A was hired to provide a complete design package for the complete rehabilitation of the complex totalling in more than $33 Million dollars in construction and act as the construction consultant.
