• Structural Repairs:

Epoxy Injection – Cracked & broken concrete, cold joints & construction joints, to fill voids left from “honeycombed” concrete, etc.

-Spall Repair & Rebar Replacement – Cut out spalled area of concrete, clean & prime the rebar, replace the rebar if significant section loss has occurred, repair the concrete, etc.

-Removal & Replacement of Deteriorated Concrete – Sometimes concrete is beyond repair and needs to be removed and replaced, (example: if the substrate is deficient in some manner)

-Repair of On Grade “Rocking” Slab – stabilization of “rocking” or moving concrete slabs by pressure, grouting beneath the concrete slab

-Anchoring Delaminated Masonry Back to the Substrate – Reattach & anchor masonry, veneer walls (such as brick) to either concrete and/or hollow concrete block

• Expansion & Control Joint Repair/Installation:

Removal & Replacement of Existing Deteriorated Joint Material – Remove failed joint material, clean & prime the existing joint, install new backer rod and sealant

Repair of Deteriorated Joint Nosing – Cut out and remove the worn and/or spalled joint nosing and rebuild to the original configuration

• Concrete & Masonry Coatings:

Epoxy, Polyurethane, Acrylic & more – Vehicular & Pedestrian Traffic Coating Systems, for Wear,  Chemical Resistance, Aesthetics, Waterproofing, etc., Horizontal & Vertical

• Waterproofing & Water Control:

Polyurethane Injection – Water-bearing cracks, construction & cold joints, failed water stops, etc

-Above Grade, Both Positive & Negative Side Waterproofing – Concrete & masonry structure

-Below Grade, Both Positive & Negative Side Waterproofing – Concrete & masonry structures
