The Board is a quasi-judicial advisory committee, which reviews the decisions of Building Officials regarding buildings being dangerous to its inhabitants. The Boards generally meet once a month to hear these cases submitted by the Building Officials or through appeals submitted by owners and/or thier consultants. The Building Code Compliance Office advertises the hearings and issues the notifications of the hearing to all interested parties on the scheduled cases. This is where we come in.
